Job description: Night audit duties in customer service include handling the reservation process; welcoming guests and getting them checked into their rooms; answering phones; responding to guests’ requests; making tee-times; doing some light cleaning; and coordinating with other hotel workers to handle necessary end-of-day tasks. Accounting duties include taking payments, reconciling accounts, and balancing the front desk’s cash drawer.

Education requirements: High school diploma, basic math and accounting skills, and proficiency with various software applications including our POS system and email software. Experience an asset.
